### Common Issues

#### Membership Purchases Not Enrolling

* **Symptom:** A customer bought a membership but doesn’t appear in the program.
* **Cause:** Membership products are treated as **subscriptions in Shopify**. Shopify requires all subscription purchases to go through the **storefront checkout** — draft orders are not supported.
* **Fix:** Have the customer repurchase through the storefront.
