inveterate-subscribertag is added to every customer who is currently enrolled in your membership program. As long as the customer has an active subscription and their most recent payment was successful, they will have this tag.

inveterate-cancelledtag is added to every customer who was once subscribed, but had their subscription cancelled.
Merchant Use Case: This tag will help you easily identify customers who have churned . This will allow you to market specific deals to them in an effort to being them back into the program.
inveterate-cancellation-pendingtag is added to every customer who has decided to cancel their upcoming renewal, but is still able to access their benefits. For example, if you sell a 12 months membership and some cancels in month 6, they will show as cancellation pending for the last 6 months.
Merchant Use Case: This tag will help you easily identify customers who have churned but still have access to their benefits until the next billing period. This will allow you to market specific deals to them in an effort to convince them not to leave the program.
